Job Description – Relationship Manager:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, both within the company as well as with outside clients and partners.

Relationship Manager duties:
• Build and improve relationships with customers, banks and partners
• Identify potential opportunities and inform business development to follow up
• Inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers
• Advise clients on services that best fit their needs
• Create service proposals to clients
• Attend to client questions, needs and complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Work with internal departments (accounting and corporate administration) to ensure company meets clients’ expectations
• Work and communicate with third parties (eg., banks) to attend to clients’ needs
• Being the spider in the net.

Relationship Manager Skills:
• Bachelor in business administration, the least
• Three or more years’ experience in related position
• General knowledge within bank account opening, accounting and corporate legal administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (Russian, German and French is a great advantage)
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Exceptional organizational skills.
